What To Expect | Mount Carmel Christian Church

Are you searching?

We're all searching for a place to belong. A place where we feel welcomed, where we're part of a family. A place that helps us discover something bigger than ourselves.

We believe the church should be the place where we find answers to those needs. A place where we explore life's great questions. A place where we can discover and deepen our relationship with God.

What if I don't know what I believe?

No matter where you are on your faith journey, we'll meet you there. It's okay if you're unsure or if you don't believe in God at all. Mount Carmel is a safe place to ask questions and explore who God is and why you would want a relationship with Him.

Check us out!

If you desire a place where you feel welcomed, we hope you'll visit us in person. We've got a cup of coffee and a seat waiting for you!

Plan your visit

We offer three identical Sunday services at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 12:00 PM.

Children & Youth: We offer programs for children, ages newborn - 6th Grade, in our KidCity Children's Ministry. We recommend that families arrive early to check out our KidCity Children's Ministry.

4.12 Middle School Ministry: Students in 6th through 8th grade gather upstairs in our Student Center during the 10:30 AM service.

What to wear: It's okay to dress casually. Most people wear jeans and a casual shirt.

During our services

Our service includes uplifting, contemporary Christian music that relates to the message you will hear. You can sing or not as you feel led. Feel free to stand or sit during this time.

We serve communion each week. All believers in Jesus Christ are welcome to participate. We pass trays of bread and juice throughout the congregation, allowing each person to take the Lord’s Supper at their own pace. If for any reason you do not want to take communion, simply pass the trays along.

Each week we invite attendees to participate in resourcing the ministries of the church. If you're a guest, don't feel obligated to give, just pass the offering bag along. The worship service is our gift to you. During this time we also ask everyone to fill out a Response Card and drop it in the offering bag. You can request prayer, ask our staff to contact you, or sign up for various church activities.

Each week a member of our teaching team delivers a message that explores a section of God’s word and helps us apply it to our lives today.
